The CRM & Email Manager will be responsible:
- 3+ of experience in CRM/email marketing/marketing automation.
- Experience working in digital marketing agencies/startups.
- A strong interest in email marketing, e-commerce, digital and loyalty.
- Increase sales results of our brands through email marketing and CRM strategies.
- Database information organized and sorted for optimal management
- The management of CRM & email, contacts and sms channels.
- Complete user lifecycle: user acquisition, nurturing and loyalty / retention through email; sms; both b2c and b2b.
- Creation and optimization of work flows and campaigns.
- Creation and development of lead scoring.
- Promote continuous improvement through A/B testing.
- Leadership in the creation of landing pages for campaigns
