The Business Development Executive will be responsible:

  • Make outbound calls to maximize business opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings to introduce Quinio’s business model.
  • Meet KPI’s and monthly targets.
  • Manage prospects and follow up using Zoho CRM.
  • Follow applicable scripts and processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • A growth-oriented sales professional who is eager to join a fast-paced and entrepreneurial team.
  • Enjoy learning new technologies and are a forward thinker. Insatiably curious, coachable, and committed to lifelong learning.
  • 1-2 years’ work experience in sales.
  • Marketing background preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Calendars, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM (Zoho preferred), Google calendar, Google drive.
  • Intermediate English.

Key Tasks

  • Schedule meetings to introduce Quinio’s business model.
  • Represent Quinio with a high level of professionalism, friendliness, positivity, and customer service in every interaction to develop genuine relationships and inspire trust in the organization.
  • Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles, measure self against standard of excellence.
  • Prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently; set goals and objectives.
  • Ability to collaborate with other team members while working under pressure.
  • A desire for continuous improvement and eagerness for learning new skills.
  • Swift adaptability to changes in process and priorities.
